Connecting to internet took time and later discovered my name was recorded inaccurately in hotel records so it made the network connection difficulty. It was eventually resolved. The hotel parking is very expensive. So, we found a close by garage (cheaper) to park our car.

Great Choice hot and cold breakfast. Stocked up throughout Breakfast Staff on hand Tables cleaned and plenty of space. The staff were so accommodating. We had luggage problems with the airline and even though we had checked out they still worked with us to ensure the bags were finally delivered. They also allowed an early check in in one room which was great. Staff at reception were so good Thank you !! Free shuttle bus worked great for getting to Metro on those hot mornings, although really is only a short walk. But also great to get down to the Waterfront in the evening. Great location
