The location was very convenient, close to stores, close to highway and close to DC
Negatives:
The room was just really gross. There were dead roaches and other bugs on the floor which I cleaned up myself when I arrived. (I arrived at 1 am and just wanted to go to bed) Place had a weird smell. Not bad, just strange. Sheets felt clean but were stained, I checked all they layers thoroughly for bugs before laying down but I still had trouble sleeping due to the weird chemical smell. I should have known better. The price, I thought, was too good to be true when I booked the room, now I know why.

The deposit money was deducted for no good reason. I make sure the room was clean and even made the beds. I do not know why they deducted this money.

It'd be help to give patrons an advance heads-up regarding the $50/75 deposit, as opposed to somewhat abushing them about it, at check-in.

My bed had dent it so it was unconfortanle rmto sleep. Ther wa lots of bagging on walls and stomping in a room. Close by barely slept was weeks almost back in room from /
2-am or; 4am. Front desk never answered phone. I asked for my bed to be made while I was out because it Ssa’s set came back bedding was just thrown on the bed had to make it myself. Ask I went to the front deah I asked for an ironing board abd iron I was told if there was one they’d send it up. There was no iron called front desk se real times anout that and about the toliet being clogged up worst hotel every stayed I will be reaching out to other place to try and gdt compensated be ause I didn’t enjoy my stay or remanded

The staff member who answered my phone when I called the first time did not even want to talk to me and he hanged up on me.
My issue was to be able to pre-pay for my friend who was staying there with his wife. The website didn't allow me do that. When I called the hotel the staff member who answered the phone did not even want to talk to me. He just hanged up on me. And my friend was forced to pay without his program when I was the one who was supposed to pay.
