Negatives: Other than the shooting outside our room it was good

Negatives: Last update was probably in 1970. Very old and run down.

Negatives: Very disappointing room service. No show for room service within Three nights stay despite multiple reminders. The staff are not friendly at all.

Negatives: It's all good. No complaints. Would stay here again if needed.

Negatives: Staff was horribly rude. They did not have our reservation and told us it was not his problem and that I had to call Booking.com to figure it out. Booking.com was able to call him and then suddenly he found the reservation, but we were tied up for two hours in the lobby while he was arguing with us about our reservation. Once we received our room, it was filthy. The floors had hair all over it, there were giant holes in the carpet. The carpet tack was showing near the bathroom which I stepped on resulting and puncture wound on my foot and housekeeping never came that day. I had to repeatedly call for them to come clean our room. There was a homeless woman staying out front of the hotel who was panhandling every time we entered the lobby. She was covered in feces and urine and the whole lobby smelled like her every time the doors opened and they did nothing about it despite numerous complaints from many guests. It took a day and a half for her to finally be removed from the property. I was also overcharged for the room, which took a while to handle with the front desk, but that was finally resolved. I do not believe this facility should be on your list. It was absolutely horrible.

Negatives: I did not like the room for multiple reasons. I was supposed to have a balcony and did not. The bathtub drain was broken. The bathtub was slimy. The air filter in the exchanger that was right in the room was not to code and filthy. There was a small coffee maker in the room but the amenities in the lobby were terrible. No fresh coffee unless you walked up the hill. It's also a confusing location. Without a room on an upper floor we had to look at the top of the hotel awning which was full of beer bottles and other paraphernalia.
