The breakfast buffet was nice than expected. (I didnt eat anything, it just looked better than most hotel breakfasts)

Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night (4am) and there was seemingly no one in charge, no announcements were made and nobody from the hotel seemed to care. Very disappointing.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated their assistance in making our stay so convenient and pleasurable!

The room was large and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels. The staff was courteous and friendly.

The hotel needs a great deal of refurbishing. The halls smell of disinfectant and must. Replacing the carpeting would be a huge positive change.
