Positives: Location was amazing, walkable to the Pentagon metro. Sky lounge restaurant was fabulous views day and night. The food was ok, nothing special. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were amazing, couldn't do enough.

Positives: bed and bedding. Internet is OK and tv is good.
Negatives: 1. hotel is outdated overall. With particular smell...2. keys were constantly stopping working and we spent much of valuable time reprogramming them - plus lines to customer service desks. Very annoying. Considering that you have to use the keys in elevators to get to your floor. 3. For 4 stars hotel they do not provide even shower caps..4. Despite the request we were on different floors which made the access to family members impossible
