Positives:
The room was very large. Lots of space for a family with young children. The shower had plenty of hot water. Walk distance to restaurants and shops. Housekeeping was friendly and very helpful. Security helpful
Negatives:
Very confused about the parking, where the check in desk was, where the North side elevator were located. Not very friendly. Was trying to park in the garage, my card wouldn't work to open the gate. The car behind me continued to "honk" his horn. Instead of helping he just continued to "honk". We exchanged "words" with one another. He works at the hotel but was not helpful or professional at all. Wish I knew his name. Security was very helpful and professional. He was the only person that could explain to me about the parking.
Security and housekeeping are more professional, helpful, polite, and friendly than other employee there. The rest of the team could learn from them. My 1st time staying here and will be my last

We didn’t have a working shower on the 1st night. I begged for 3.1/2 hours for an extra towel and wash cloth. I had 3 children with me besides myself and I was only given 3 towels & 3 washcloths. The next morning I reported everything to Mrs.Denise whom seemed very concerned, & I asked again for the same towels /washcloths. So again when we returned from our day’s outing we were hot sweaty and just wanted to shower and call it a night. Nothing was there

It's time to upgrade the rooms. The tub felt like it was sinking. The AC was leaking in our first room, but we were given a new room. Definitely room updating is needed.
