Free airport shuttle worked out well. I was upgraded to a nicer room because the hotel was full that night. When I called the operator for help, she was very helpful. Great location - easy to walk by the river.
Negatives:
There was a LONG queue to check in and the customer service at the check-in desk was not very welcoming. In-room dining menu options were limited and very expensive.

Escalator out of service for all 3 days of my stay; paid for early check-in, did not receive until 2pm the day of my reservation yet on my day of checkout, housekeeping knocked 1 hour prior to checkout to try and clean the room already; front desk took several minutes to acknowledge any guest standing in line; outlets in room were falling off the wall and created a visible spark when I plugged in the coffee maker; ice machine was non-existent on my floor; $900 for 2 nights was extremely overpriced for this hotel
