The staff are very friendly, we like the area and that it has onsite parking available, for $45 a night, which is very reasonable for DC.
Negatives:
It’s not that we didn’t like, it’s just starting to show some wear and tear in the rooms and the “sidewalks” around the carport area out to the street needs an overhaul. It’s very narrow and uneven.

They charged almost double the rate booking.com gave us and wouldn’t fix it. They kept saying it was booking.com’s problem.
The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, and when we took it up with the front desk they couldn’t reaccomodate us. Their solution was to have a man spray air freshener in our air conditioner. When we then reached out to booking.com, a manager emailed booking and said we hadn’t told the front desk at all, which was untrue. The next day we told the front desk her correspondence with booking.com was inaccurate and they told us she hadn’t been to the property and wouldn’t be back to the property until after we had to leave. Additionally, the paid parking was in a garage with broken gates, so there was no security and the garage was over parked with no organization.
