I wrote a message to corporate due to some issues with cleanliness that I tried to have address while I was present such as being given multiple unclean quilts, the tub having a standing puddle in it, which if you took a shower the dirty would just sit.
Negatives:
Stained shower curtain worn out sofa bed slow draining bathroom sink chipping paint with poorly coverups
Positives:
Great customer service/front desk. Hotel employee was amazing and very accommodating when checking in.

The rooms were dated, ceiling had visible evidence of previous water leak, bathroom was really small and no EV car charging in garage or property.

$40 dollar per night parking charge. No bellman or luggage cart upon arrival.

Bathroom vent was caked with so much dust, Im sure it hadnt been cleaned in years.

The staff were all wonderful. From the front desk upon arrival, the bartender in the lounge and the servers both in the Sky Dome dining room and in the breakfast cafe (who was extraordinary) and the housekeepers.

The suite room was Far Below what I expect from a DoubleTree. The furniture was old and missing half the cabinet doors. One of the chairs was actually outside furniture without the cushions. No mirrors in the bedroom. Extremely thin pillows. Etc etc.

When you walked in to the hotel-upstairs it was EXTREMELY HOT. i was sweatin. My kids were complaining

Improve breakfast menu in the cafe. Better food options than chicken sausage and smaller egg plate options.
