Positives:
I liked the bed, it was so comfortable.
Negatives:
Its not such a big deal, but view was not great, was of the hotel mechanical equipment. But again, we didn't spend much time there to really notice.
Review
It was a block from the Metro, which was great for, us, we loved the shuttle van to and from the airport, never had to wait either time, the hotel was definitely under construction, but we weren't there that much to really notice. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold choices and loved that it was until 10am and that they had fresh fruit. I would stay their again because the price was right, we were visiting my son who was interning in DC and it all worked out, thanks.
Positives:
Rickita (Ricky) at front desk did an excellent job and fixed two problems for us that we had with our room. She showed great empathy for our situation and seemed sincere and was professional about all of it.
Negatives:
I wasn't happy that our upgraded room information that I did thru AAA on Booking.com was not at the hotel. I did not like that we were sent to incorrect room type, switched rooms and then had a problem with that room. PRO: Hotel personnel did correct the issue and got us in to a good room and had empathy, which seemed sincere.
