The location was excellent. The service was excellent. The concierge was excellent.
Negatives:
The conditions of the entrance furnishings were dirty, stained, and nasty. The elevator was dirty and had a bad odor. The bartender couldn't fix requests because she said they hadn't furnished her with certain things.

Feather pillows & blankets. Poor lighting also. Needs a main overhead light instead of 4 lamps.

Positives:
Walkable to anywhere, close to restaurants, grocery store and gift shops plus Peet’s coffee place from hotel and hotel is super nice.
Negatives:
Charge for breakfast. Other Hiltons in California do not charge for continental breakfast.
The blinds and shade in room were not working. Failed to pull them up.

Walking distance to several restaurants. Free Shuttle to and from pentagon city to catch the metro.
Negatives:
They charge a non refundable $22/ day for parking and refundable $50/ day for incidentals that wasn’t disclosed when making reservations.
They only clean rooms every other day but we were there for 3 nights and no one ever cleaned our room, replenished toilet paper/ soap, emptied trash, or replaced towels.
