The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The breakfast personnel were all friendly with smiles on their faces as they worked. They kept refilling the serving trays.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. It's within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, a movie theater, and library. The rooms are always clean and comfortable!

Enjoyed the stay
Positives:
The location was great! The staff was even better! A shout out to Michael, Don, Denise, Chei (not sure of spelling, but he was our shuttle driver), our server in the morning. The whole staff & crew was personable and willing to help with whatever need or question we had. We want to acknowledge the management also, they are obviously creating a culture of customer service. The shuttle was also extremely helpful.

The location was great! In between multiple restaurants in walking distance.

The staff member was very rude & condescending. Such a nice hotel should match that level of customer service. How can you ask for the amount per night but be lacking on quality customer service, thats something I didnt get and left me with a bad taste.

Toilet was leaking and if would start filling frequently. There was no free breakfast. Coffee was brought at 7:00 which is late for early risers. Parking is detached from the building

Positives:
Good location surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores. Convenient parking deck.
Negatives:
Shower water was cold. Had it turned up as hot as possible but water never reached an acceptable temperature. It remained cold. Also, the tables in our room were very worn. I didnt use the tables so no skin in the game for me, but for $208 dollars, I expected better.
