Breakfast was fine with wide assortment of hot and cold. Representative comped parking which was appreciated since you met none of our other expectations. I have nothing more to add. Still have nothing more to add.

Requiring me to write a specific number of sentences in your review is idiotic. Requested adjoining rooms or at least two rooms on the same floor. Neither request was granted --- HOWEVER ---- to pour salt in the open wound --- the room we had on the fifth floor was HALF of an adjoining room. In that room, there was a consistent beeping --- every minute or so --- through our entire stay. We did not request maintenance to address it -- we were traveling with our 103 year old mother who suffers from dementia --- strangers in her bedroom would have made her stay in that room impossible. I made the request for adjoining rooms when I placed the reservation and again a week before we arrived. When I was informed on check-in that they were not available, I asked for the manager to call me. It's over two weeks later --- I'm still waiting.

Positives:
The hotel was extremely clean, the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good also.
Negatives:
I didn't like the parking rates. I didn't like the food delivery drop-off table. I had food delivered and wanted to meet the driver in the lobby but he was told to leave my order in the table. I left my charger in the suite at check out but it wasn't turned in...so one of the cleaning staff took it.

The breakfast was sufficient and included in the price. It can have more variety and change each day.
Loved the shuttle and pickup to the Metro Station. the Hotel is spotless , the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
Negatives:
considering there were many tourists, the breakfast time could be adjusted to maybe start and end a little later, say 7-10 am
Selection of breakfast foods could vibe improved. Same thing every day. also some fresh fruit salad should be added.
Parking fee is truly not necessary. You need to pay to park everywhere, should be included with the hotel stay.
