Staff, starbucks attached to hotel, restaurant bar in hotel. Room is very comfortable.

Did not like the shower very much.

I loved that it was very clean, the mattress are very comfortable, the staff is great and its location is perfectly located. Walking distance from restaurants, stores.

I was very impressed by the service I received from the front desk lady Jimena. She was very diligent in resolving an issue I had with my safe box. It was resolved in a couple of minutes.
