Positives:
The room, bedding, layout, restaurant, buffet breakfast and staff were excellent. The staff was incredible especially Hotel employee at reception, the waitress and managers and Hotel employee. We felt welcomed like family. We will definitely return.

Daytime staff were very friendly and the room itself was a good size.

There was a strong sulfurous smell on the 3rd floor nightly where we were staying. Could have been someone/staff boiling vegetables, but it was overwhelming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance in terms of tired finishes, surfaces, carpet throughout.

Easy check in and out. Beds were nice and comfy.

Close to Metro Station. The check-in staff was very accommodating.

Overpriced breakfast. The shuttle driver dropped the first group at Southwest check-in. Dropped us off a few feet ahead at a baggage claim instead of circling to take us to Delta check-in. Hard for me since I use a cane and have limited walking ability.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Extremely convenient to the airport with frequent shuttle service.

I loved that the hotel was super clean, smelled good upon entering the room. The lighting was great in the bathroom and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The only thing we didnt care for during our stay was that you can hear people very clearly in the hallway and lots of doors shutting

The parking was pricey 47 dollars a day is steep and they didn't have complimentary breakfast that's bad look for a luxury hotel when I went to basic ones and hot better service I don't see myself staying here again.

something in the hotel made this loud noise every 25 seconds. Like a bucket of water had been poured down the wall and collected in a drain slowly. Then, right when it was quiet it would all happen again.
