No one covering front desk. Staff member graciously offered us to enter a room until someone would check us in. No one ever appeared to be manning the desk and we were in/out of the lobby several times during the stay. TV didn’t work, could be the remote. Unable to determine because no one at the front desk to answer our inquiry.

The hotel was very close to our destination. Maintenence man was a very hard worker, he seemed to be being the job of 3 people.

There was very limited breakfast options. Nothing was refilled. We sat one more eating breakfast and water was dripping from the ceiling until part of the ceiling opened up on my daughter. Never saw a housekeeper.

The location was pretty good in relation to Randolph Macon College and area fast food restaurants. Good coffee in the lobby anytime.
