Negatives: I wasn't not happy with the room, due to smelling cigarette smoke through the vents in bathroom. My room was located next to the staff lounge. Also I was charged $234.00 for my room prior to checking in and then 258.00 plus $25.00 incidental. I was advised by the clerk it would be refunded, however I paid a total of$517.00 for one room. This is the second time this has happened. Very dissatisfied.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious and had very strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives: The pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.
