Positives:
It was very close to the event we were attending. It had a full refrigerator, sink & 2 burners
Negatives:
The toilet ran constantly. I had to remove the cover & stop it manually each time we flushed it. The bathroom fan was connected to the light & ran noisily every time the light was turned on. I had to shower & use the toilet in the dark to be able to remain in the room. The cord was broken on the window shade in the down position so we could never raise it. I had to ask for a set of dishes & they gave us service for 2 but only 1 coffee cup. The 2 small packets of dish soap they provided were impossible to use. No pans. I had to make instant coffee by heating water in the microwave in a bowl.
I had requested a king size bed for my husband & me. When I told the manager that there was only a full size bed in the room he wanted to charge me $30.00 more for a room with 2 full size beds. When I told him I would get a tape measure & show him the size of the bed, he relented & gave us a room with 2 beds. There is no way 2 adults could have it on that bed! They advertised a continental breakfast. There was no place to sit in the lobby where the coffee was offered & they only offered cereal bars, instant oatmeal & dried up muffins.
