Negatives: At check-in, the hotel took a $50 deposit, which hasn’t been returned to me yet. I’m not sure why this deposit was needed. Also, my bank says they haven’t received any release from the hotel to return the money, but the hotel says they already released it. Could you please help clarify this issue? I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving it quickly.
