Clean room. Great location to what I needed.

Breakfast area was not kept clean. I ask front desk to ask to replenish because there were no fresh eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast and bowls. He said ok and but did nothing. I knocked on pass thru little door and to please replenish everything. It was only 9:30 and we still had 30 min and a line of customers arriving for bkfst. They replenish food only. No plates, bowls, and did not clean. We all made do. Using small clear cups for cereal... etc.

Positives:
Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Room was big with a sitting room and sleeping area. Breakfast was simple but generous (as I was jetlagged I loved that it started early). It's possible to walk safely over to several places to buy food (not always the case at an airport hotel). Good air con and a quiet room meant I was able to catch up on sleep after my transatlantic flight.
Negatives:
Hotel was a little smaller/quieter than I'd expected, particularly the bar/restaurant which is quite simple. Whilst my room seemed recently refurbished the bathroom fixtures were older and a little tired. My bedding was clean but some sheets a little marked or torn in places and needing replaced. The airport pickup service is great but at rush hour the journey can take a little longer than hotels closer to the terminal. You don't seem to be able to request a pick-up until you've reached the pick-up area, which means a bit of waiting/hanging around but maybe I just misunderstood instructions as I was very tried.
