TV remote would not adjust for closed cation. But gentlemen at desk provided a temporary, capable remote.

Negatives:
We stayed on the first floor. You don't have carpeting on the second floor. When the people in the above room came in for the night, they were very noisy. Dropping things on the floor, dancing in high heals, it kept us up until 3 a.m. I would not recommend anyone staying in your ground floor rooms. When I told the man at the desk in the morning. He just shrugged his shoulders.

The cleanliness could have been much better. I went to plug my phone in and there was trash behind the nightstand, a q-tip on the bench. The bathroom smelled mildewy. Overall the cleanliness was horrible.
