The receptionist could not "extract" our Booking.com reservation on our arrival and so spent about 15 minutes trying to get us a room in their regular system. After all the typing away and myriad questions (and my showing him our original booking details, for two nights), the receptionist, unbeknownst to us, only booked us for one night. We only found that out when we got a phone call the next day after 12pm (while we were out and about) saying that "as we left items in the room we'd be charged for another night." When I went to reception to clear it up, that's when I found out we were only booked for one, not our original two, nights. It was easily solved and they honored the Booking.com rate, but it seemed like a major error on the hotel/receptionists' part.
The room itself was fine, but the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was the only thing in the room re-done recently, which was nice.

22.00 a night parking!!!!!! Better to stay at the hospital garage and walk across the street
