Negatives:
How about posting the hours of operation of the breakfast service on the doors? I tried to get served but by the time I arrived, the lady at the reception desk told me that breakfast service had stopped. So i didn't get served. Also, for short people like me, getting into the beds proved difficult. The next time I stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites I will bring a Stanley step stool to help me get into your ridiculously high beds.

The staff were so helpful and kind! The location was awesome! The room was clean and nice.
Negatives:
The breakfast was just ok. Also, charging $10/day for parking was outrageous considering the cost of the room! This Hampton Inn was unlike the others we've stayed. We love the Hampton Inns!

Very very very bad customer service the man receptionist is terrible and very rude he pointed to my face and try to deny to see my confirmation to give me a room . Look like he was drunk while he is on his shift on July 27 at 9:30pm
