The breakfast was excellent; great value! The pool was small, not a lap swim pool, but refreshing. The hot tub was relaxing. The gym is small but has lots of equipment.
Negatives:
The list of restaurants offered by the front desk staff was not good. It was all fast food places. Perhaps having some fast food and other nicer places would be a good option.

Beautiful view of lovely pond with a paved walking trail which you can access. Very serene. Great blackout curtains. Very nice helpful staff. Super quiet. No road noise and no noise from other rooms. Non slip shower. Lots of towels. We had a very comfortable stay.
Negatives:
Hot tub was only warm not hot. Bacon kinda greasy but I was glad to have it anyway. Chef was there making it fresh.

The facility did not have information about my arrival. I showed them my confirmation but didn’t acknowledge it .
They made another reservation and let me stay but charged again.
They didn’t want to contact you and thought it was my responsibility to tackle with you , so that I don’t get charged twice .
This was my first experience with you and I feel cheated.
Please don’t charge me and return my money since they have already charged me .
