The breakfast had everything you could possibly want bacon eggs, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, waffles,etc.
Negatives:
Honestly, I can only say that it was very clean a great layout in the room I had including silverware and a microwave. I came in a little late at night. I was super excited to see that you had frozen Amy food that I could put in the microwave so I could have something to eat before I went to bed, that was amazing!
So when I came in, there were two staff people at the desk, super helpful, great personalities and answered all my questions even called me back from the phone upstairs cause I had a question Seriously, you want those two ladies at that desk don’t let them go. They were personal they knew what they were doing. They were funny. They were helpful and I’m talking around 9:30 at night.

Breakfast did not meet the standards set by Homewood Suites Syracuse, where I spent 3 nights for 50th HS reunion. Their presentation and selection was superior
More impressive , their breakfast staff was friendly and engaging.
No one was rude at your breakfast , to be clear. Just no smiles. It was interesting to experience 2 similar properties back to back.
Your front desk staff was much more engaged.
