Positives:
I had breakfast buffet the last day. It was ok, coffee wasn't very good.
Loved the location and Conservatory as a meeting spot.
Rooms were decent, clean and tidy.
Negatives:
Response to issue with drain in shower. It was clogged and overflowing and no one came to fix it. Inconvenient for us as we were getting ready for wedding.
I had to suggest that we move rooms, instead of waiting for someone to come and fix it. No one offered to help us move, even though we had to move floors, with all our stuff.

Breakfast was very expensive - though good. All staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and courteous.
Negatives:
One elevator in the full to capacity hotel was not working the whole weekend. (at one point staff helpfully took people to the service elevator.
Room coffee maker didn't work. Repairman came promptly. Next morning it didn't work again. another guest when i went down to buy coffee said she had the same problem.
