Positives: Everyone was nice and extremely helpful! The awesome ladies that took care of the breakfast area was nice enough to bring us turkey sausage because we don't eat pork bacon. Very very sweet!!

Negatives: The pool area smelled a little and they don't have microwaves in the room. You can use the microwaves in the breakfast area but only when breakfast isn't being served.
