I did not like this place they took money from my cash out without me knowing about it or authorizing it I am pissed off they took two 50 off my cash app saying that me and my husband we're smoking in their room which were non-smokers

Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was horrible, no sugar other than what was with the napkin (1 packet!). They are pet friendly but charged $45 pet fee and $50 deposit to be returned if no damage which there wasn’t. I was so tired when we got there that I didn’t notice how dirty the bathroom was. Also not a very secure hotel since none of the outside doors are locked. Any one can get in there

Because on my second night There I got back from work to neither of my keys working while at the front desk getting the issue resolved while doing so I heard my door open and heard two people enter into a employee only laundry mean while my door clicked locked as I approached it due to the slow close for it being when I calmed down after entering my room I could tell their were two people that just got up out of this bed it was not how I left it at all the air was down to 62 pillow arrangement was different my cloths I had drying were moved around tv was not on the same channel

Save yourself the trouble! I showed up for my stay and was racially profiled as soon as i walked into the door. I was called very derogatory names by Indian guy at the counter. $900 was stole out of my account my this hotel unauthorized. Currently filing a lawsuit for discrimination and theft! Indian guy who works night and the Indian guy (property manager i believe) who works day shift both are very rude and unprofessional.

My room was heavily scented. It wasn’t nothing wrong with the room the scent was bad for me. The staff stated there are no harsh chemicals but it’s the fact the sprayed too much scent which bothered me and my nose. In which I could not get a refund for my stay
