Positives:
Nothing at all!The rooms were dirty,literally they don't change the sheets.So you know the quilt is filthy.It was fresh stains on the sheets Hair,crumbs,Loose change.dirty floors in 3 different rooms.. they do not wipe anything down in the room either

I love the fact that the beds are super comfortable and the TVs always work and the air conditioners work

I did not like the fact that the rooms are usually pretty dusty and then there was a bunch of soapy water in the area where you keep the soap in the shower that was not clean there was dust everywhere there was dirt all over the floor there were papers on the floor as well they didn't even sweep the room

Breakfast was acceptable with cereal, milk, bagels, an individually wrapped pastry, apple & oranges & juice & coffee.
Negatives:
The shower water was warm, not hot. It could have been much warmer. Inside the room the extra door latch was broken on room 104. The bathroom ceiling had some peeling. I did not see instructions for the TV and channels, but eventually figured it out. But the Hallmark Channel was wavy at times - like over the air TV is when the wind blows.

It provided a clean bed and bathroom for the night with a pick-up breakfast in the morning.

Our door to the room was very hard to open/close, it wasn't on the hinges correctly. People arguing at 530 in the morning.
