1. There was no large signs to go near the parking close to your room. It was hard to see the numbers on room doors from driving around. Please put some general direction boards to help folks licate the parking close to their room while driving.

Housekeeping was running way behind when we arrived, upon checkin we were given keys to a room that had not been cleaned from previous occupant. It was taken care of before long but maybe you need to hire another housekeeper.

Could hear highwsy traffic in room. Had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in, desk clerk was helping someone. Should have another person there to check people in.

Saw no bugs and when I first walked in I was sure I would find some. Just old and dirty looking

Doors directly outside. Huge gap between door and wall. Very old and dirty. Bathroom grout is gross. Carpet is sticky. Wore shoes the whole time except in bed. As 2 female travelers, did not feel safe
