Proximity to Virginia tech was about it.
Negatives:
Room had many stains on carpet, hvac unit smelled, no water pressure in sink, 1 working elevator, pool was filthy, breakfast was severely lacking- juice was frozen solid, eggs were floating in water, sausages were cold, bananas were 100%green. Not worth the almost $800 for a two night stay. Will not stay again or recommend. Staff were nice.

Beds were comfortable. Size of king suite.

Room showed signs of damage. Water stopped working the days we were there. Hotel needs some serious maintenance and repair work done. Toilet lid didn't stay up. You could have to hold the seat up the entire time using the toilet as a man traveling with women in the household. Not the end of the world but frustrating to say the least.

The hotel is by 81 which is loud. The price is too high. Just because there is a football game , you increase the price twice. There is no soap to wash your hand. This is abysmal! In the time where Covid is still exist. No shower gel either!
