The staff was very helpful and nice. They made sure that I was ok from the moment they meet me.

The price was not good at all.
The room was spacious but there was a bad spider problem in there from the moment I walked in.
The room came with a balcony to over look the water but when I opened the door there was big spiders hanging down right at the entrance, I closed the door and looked out the window and they was everywhere. I did not feel comfortable for they was in the room and on the patio. So for the price and location it was too much, I could have got another room maybe it I was to tired and needed to lay down so I did with all my clothes on.

Breakfast was cold. They were serving spoiled milk at breakfast. Charged twice on our debit card for the room it was a holiday weekend, so it took days to pit it back in our account. It's right on the lake, but you can't get to Lake from Hotel. It's tall banks around the hotel. The porch furniture was nasty. The grills were broke. Staff doesn't understand English

I’ve never been more disappointed with the hotel. Mind you I’ve always I stayed there when traveling home. The room flooded twice from the air conditioner. The ceiling in bathroom had MOLD, which is a big no-no. And there was NO other rooms! We asked twice about another room. The hall carpet was filthy. The smoke detector was absent! Service desk was notified. Some compensation would be appreciated.
