Negatives: The overall cleanliness of rooms/shower could have been better. Desk chair had crackers and other food particles in it. Floor had remnants of cut toe/fingernail clippings as well as other debris in corners. Window sill and drapery had dog hairs on them. The difference in what I would be charged/refunded between what was told to me by staff was vexing as well. While I understand the stay was during a holiday and housekeeping isn’t an easy job ( room checks should be done prior to patron stay) and was limited, the pricing should reflect not only a comfortable but clean stay even with discounts and switching to another room some of the issues were still present.

Negatives: A little pricey.

Negatives: There wasn't much choice at all, especially for someone with food allergies.

Negatives: Hotel in general was dirty! We were on the third floor and had to walk up and down the entire time because the elevator did not work. The room smelled of mildew and weed. Our room was dirty, with dust, dirt and hair that didn’t belong to us on pillows. Bedding and the toilet seat. There were stains all over the walls, baseboards and ceiling. The hallway leading to our room had ceiling tiles that were missing and there were stains all over the carpet and walls. This is not a place I would stay again nor would I ever recommend it.

Negatives: Overly priced for the location. The Hampton, Inn Collinsville, Va is the most expensive hotel in the area.

Negatives: Bed was very squeaky, like couldn’t find a quiet spot to lay. Needs replaced. Staff in check was ok but leaving no one was found. Price form hotel is always so high

Negatives: The smell in the lobby smelled like old molded furniture. A nice fragrance will give customers a better impression of the hotel.
