Negatives: I wasn’t very happy to find out when I got there my room I reserved months ago was given to someone else. They kept telling me that if a Hilton rewards member decided they wanted that all they needed to do was sit in parking lot and choose that room and they would get it over me. This is totally unacceptable. Then going to charge me the same price as the king size room when all they had was two queen size beds in the room they gave me.
