The room did not specify it was a smoking room and we are not smokers. All of our belongings smelled like old stale smoke after just one nights stay. This should be CLEAR in the room description before paying $370 to sleep in a room that smells like an ash tray.

The staff was what made this such a great trip. The front desk staff were incredible. Except for the gentleman that works at night he was extremely rude unprofessional and gave members of my party a extremely hard time and was extremely difficult for no reason. Everyone else was incredibly great even the cleaning staff.

The gentleman that works nights and does the overnight audit can use some customer service training. He was extremely rude unprofessional and tried to ruin our trip before it even started.
