The staff member at the check in was very helpful and kind, however, there were a few things that the facilities can be better.

WiFi in the room was not working. The water didn’t go down in the sink. The key chain of the door was missing. The hot coffee wasn’t provided in the morning.

This place is full of roaches. First I got it put into a room that had not been cleaned it did not have the house going back to the office I got moved to a different room it seemed to be a little bit nicer and I thought everything was going to be okay as soon as it got dark roaches started running wild everywhere I went to the front desk and they had a person I'm spraying chemicals and then we were supposed to not be in the room for 2 hours so at that point I went to the desk and the man that my money back and went to a different place I do not recommend this because one they are ate up with roaches to the rooms are not very clean and three the woman who works at the front desk is very very rude did not want to give me my money back and I told her I did not sign up for roaches

The big size of the beds. The swimming pool was okay.
Negatives:
We rented two rooms.
The first one had a strong smell of tobacco. Cold water tap didn't work. Water came out under the furniture. We had only hot water in the room. The floor was dirty with dead insects on it and the dresser drawers just opened by themselves. The fridge was not cold enough. There was no chairs in the room.
The second room : the fridge didn't work. The floor was not very clean.
Place generally: One man (a guest or a worker, we don't know) asked our teenage son if he wanted weed. The place looked scary and the doors didn't look safe. Some men smoking in the hallways went back and forth with big dogs. Our children were nervous about sleeping there. Hopefully, it was only for one night. Concerning the swimming pool, we were having a good time in it, but after 15 minutes a crowd of other guests came and threw an American fotball ball to each other back and forth from a balcony to the swimming pool area, while others jumped in the swimming pool without watching if anyone was in their way. We felt that the swimming pool area was not safe anymore and we just went out.
We only met two staff members. One of them helped us getting three towels for the swimming pool and gave us eight paper plates and six plastic knives in compensation for the lack of breakfast.
Indeed, although it says breakfast included on booking.com, there was no breakfast (because of the Covid, they said). The hotel we were at just before served us breakfast.
All in all that was a bad experience. We are not going back and don't recommend this place. Although it was cheaper than other hotels in the neighborhood, it was not worth it.

It was close to my family home

The toilet didn’t flush in my first room and I saw a roach on the wall. There was water stains on the ceiling and the floors were filthy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend taking your shoes off. Stains and hair on the bed sheets. The business is absentee owner based so they don’t really care about quality, it’s just a money grab. Luckily I only needed a place to change clothes and relax for a few hours. Thank god I wasnt sleeping overnight
