While the facility was in a great location, It was in a run down condition. A Broken door security chain and unsafe lock, parts of the mirror fame were broken and stored in closet, and a terrible mattress. The only breakfast provided was in a bag, no hot food

Positives:
Loved the guys that did the rolms and checked to see if you needed anything they were outstanding. Loved it gad a pool.

The only thing I didn't like is on one side in the evenings alot if guys gathered around and to get to room had to pass through them all. Also the morning lady thst gave out breakfast boxes was not friendly at all worse employee there. She did belong there with all your other helpful and friendly employees. Last 2 mornings there didn't go get our boxes because we didn't want to go through her. Like one morning she said wasn't you here yesterday? What did that have to do with another day? And the restrauant wasn't open such a shame had to go else to eat.

Mountain view, pool looked clean but never got to use it

Poorly operated, horrible customer service, we (4) didnt get breakfast cuz they ran out, was double charged, given an unclean room and zero compensation for the trouble!

Location: Being in the town of Covington. Their dining area is supposed to reopen next week.

We had some room issues (toilet & shower head). The bathroom floor could be cleaner. The front staff was very pleasant and wanted your experience to be good and they seemed to care. Double Queen beds would be nice.

Knowing the grade of the hotel we received what we were expecting and made it work.

Hotel was not as described. There was no breakfast and the on-site restaurant was closed and had been for a long time according to staff. The room was outdated and the bathroom was dirty the toilet ran all night should be listed as a 1 star hote
