Positives: Close to where we wanted to be.
Negatives: I booked and paid for a King, received two queens (which was cheaper when I booked it). Was told no king beds available even thought I booked more than a month in advance. Still charged for a king bed and wax told nothing could be done. No managers on site for the weekend. Was told no rate refund!!!

Positives: Shedika was an amazing front desk worker. She explained everything so well and really made us feel welcomed! Shedika was very knowledgeable of the hotel and answered any questions we had. She also greeted us the next day before leaving and showed us the complimentary breakfast.
