My card was charged three times totaling over $500 for a one night stay. I had to call four times in the morning, no one was avail to answer the ph for quite sometime, the gentleman that finally picked up said they were short staffed, he was away from the desk attending to the kitchen?

I booked and paid for a King, received two queens (which was cheaper when I booked it). Was told no king beds available even thought I booked more than a month in advance. Still charged for a king bed and wax told nothing could be done. No managers on site for the weekend. Was told no rate refund!!!

Shedika was an amazing front desk worker. She explained everything so well and really made us feel welcomed! Shedika was very knowledgeable of the hotel and answered any questions we had. She also greeted us the next day before leaving and showed us the complimentary breakfast.

I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR MY STAY REASSURED IT WOULDN'T CHARGE MY CARD IT DID AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK FOR 2 DAYS. TOTAL OF $319 CHARGED FOR MY 1 NIGHT STAY. PISSED!!
