Positives:
Came from KD across the street. The room was decent for the price, and the staff was hospitable and very kind. The front desk lady was sweet. She needs a raise in my opinion. The AC ran nice and cold, it was a comfy bed but hard pillows. Overall, it was a very good visit! Thank you, Best Western. If you're not a Karen and you're traveling on a budget, this place is amazing.
Negatives:
Found bugs in my room, toothpicks and trash on the floor, dirty AC vents, and the shower made a loud screeching noise. Thin walls.

Rooms very small compared to hotels next to this one, smell of weed in room and hallways, people under window at night loud and smoking, people running up and down hallways, slamming doors up until about 4 am, cops even called both days we were there. Didn’t feel completely safe for everyone in my party.

The location was great! The breakfast was nice.

The odd smell in the hallway (maybe dirty carpet?). A deodorizer of some kind was used in the room and it was way too strong. Are they trying to cover something up? The room temp, 63 degrees, was ridiculously cold when we walked in. The towels were like sandpaper, you could literally exfoliate with them.

I hate bathroom toilet paper that is not convenient and hard to get to. Reaching behind can be difficult. Toilet was very low to the ground.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I had a first floor room. There was a bench outside my window and a man was on his phone from 10:00 to 12:00 am that I could clearly hear speaking. I heard 3 showers being taken in the room next door and the a/c was extremely noisy! Needless to say, I did not get a good nights sleep. Will not be staying with Best Western again. I usually stay at Comfort Inns and will continue with them.

I was charged $93.02 twice for our one night stay. There was a payment that posted to my bank account the morning of our arrival 9/11 and when we checked in that evening there was another pending charge for the same amount that posted to my bank account the following day
One of these payments needs to be refunded please. I can send a screenshot of my bank statement
