Location and view from room. Room was spacious and accommodated my husband's wheelchair easily
Negatives:
The fold out bed was very dirty and stained on the mattress and cushions. There was a large splatter of what I assumed was ketchup on the wall and very weak water pressure in bathroom sink. Was very disappointed the pool was empty as this is one reason we booked them. Also very disappointed to learn they are thinking of taking it out.

Would not let me check in 20 minutes early with two kids that had to use the bathroom really bad the hotel smelled horrible the rooms the beds smelled horrible The shower was Luke warm at best! Dog stations were falling apart with no bags and either of the sections just a whole hotel had food everywhere. It was just disgusting smelly stinky nasty and not kept up with the hotel for the swimming pool, but got there in a swimming pool is not open at all

The property has been under renovation for several years now and it hasn’t been as good as when we first started staying. There were live roaches in 2 of our five rooms. Mold like stains and the bathrooms and floors were not clean.

There was no heat in one of the rooms. The desk clerk did not greet me when I entered the hotel and just stared at me and my family. The lobby was clean however once we got off the elevator the carpets in the hall had food and crumbs and just unkept. The desk clerk followed us to our rooms making us feel weird. The keys to the 2nd room did not work and the sheets did not appear clean. This was very disappointing and it was 28 degrees outside and there was no heat and the front desk did not seem to care I had children and a room that the heat did not work in but did offer a space heater.

Shower pressure was great that was about all. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. Pool was closed and we was not aware. One of the main reasons I chose this place was an indoor pool. Breakfast was OK they did not do a very good job of replenishing the food and only one waffle maker so there was a wait for that.
Negatives:
Cleanliness and overall appearance there was a hole in the wall and door know to behave broken. The hotel was definitely out dated.

They cancelled our reservation at no charge because the pool is not open and they have not noted that on their website. The whole reason we chose this property was for the price and indoor pool.
Negatives:
Website states their indoor pool is functional. It is not. It took the front desk 45 minutes to send an email confirmation of our cancellation because the lady was on her cell phone.
