Negatives: The hotel must be going thru renovations but honestly for as much as I paid for a room I expected a nicer room, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the tub looked very dirty, the sheets had dog/cat hair or something I really am not sure if the sheets were changed honestly

Negatives: The room was really dirty stains on the floor and walls. No towels when we checked in at 9pm no hair dryer. No water pressure in the sink.

Negatives: I didnt like how wore out the pillows were, the bed sheets hadn't been changed it still had hairs all on the bed, the shower was dirty , the wash clothes and towels didnt look clean & wasn’t good quality. The vending area was completely empty.

Negatives: Very bad disrepair

Negatives: Knew it was going to be a bad experience from the moment we went in….place was in complete disaster. Family in front of us was speaking with the front desk manger about the room key they had received, that someone was in the room already. Took them about 20 minutes to find them something else. We received our key, went to the room to find it completely dirty. Toilet still had urine in it, trash still in trash cans, rotten food in refrigerator, black marks in sheets- filthy. We went down to check out, after being in the room maybe 5 minutes. Other people were at the desk complaining. Front desk gave us a hard time about getting a refund, plus they were extremely rude.

Negatives: Property is in disrepair. One of the bed's in the room was collapsed in the center due to the box spring was broke and on the floor. The tile in the bathroom was broken and the handle on the toilet had to be held down to flush. Towels in the bathroom were stained and pool towels were being supplied instead of bath towels. Bath towels were requested numerous times and were difficult to acquire. Stains on carpet outside of room in hallway. The hallway smelled horrible of smoke (odd, as this is supposedly a smoke-free hotel)and fried food as if someone had been cooking. Breakfast bar was limited on food items and not of the best quality. We stayed here last year and the property has deteriorated further. There were a couple of female staff at the location who were friendly and helpful. All interactions with male staff were negative. Parking lot is in need of some repair and better lighting.
