Positives: Nicely renovated room.

Negatives: I killed one too many bugs. 1st a cricket hopping as I come out the bathroom, and then a spotted lattern bug. Smoke detector was covered in plastic(guess prev ppl smoked in room), and smoke alarm kept beeping. Also woke up to the parking lot surrounded by police for a couple hours. Horrible patch jobs and pink tape in a couple places including my toilet which stopped flushing. Need to properly repair toilet vs quick fixes with pink tape.
