Negatives: Pillow covers were very dirty!!!

Negatives: We only stayed maybe 40 minutes. The room we were given was way back in the back of the lot that was pretty dark. Upon entering the room looked nothing like what was on the pictures online. There was black mold dripping from the bottom of the AC under the wall. There's a chair that looked like it had blood stains all over it. The bathroom tub had water that wouldn't quit dripping again with mold in it. Then throw back the covers and discover bed bugs. The people in the next bedroom would not quit playing their radio beyond loud and then it started peering in our window. I went back up to the front desk and he offered me another room. I turn around looked at it and wow not a blood stain chair it was in similar disrepair. This reminds me of one of those hotels where people stay for weeks on in and live in. We packed up our stuff and left immediately. They tried to only give me half of my money back but finally return the entire amount. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Negatives: Bathroom had no mirror for shaving and electrical outlets not easily available for charging phone.

Negatives: We arrived at the hotel at 11:00pm from NY after 10 hours of driving. We ordered a nonsmoking room, and our request was confirmed by management . There are no non smoking rooms in this motel. We were offered a room that smell was less than in others. Bugs everywhere in the room we have pictures, bedding was not changed ,dirty maybe was used for a month we have pictures, no pillowcases, towels were dirty, looks like they were using to mop the floor, we made a pictures. We were afraid to touch anything. It was 12:30 am and we were too tired to look for another hotel in the area that we do not know. We stayed all nigh in the car and and early in the morning returned the keys. Person t reception desk did not want to listen our complain, just said talk to the booking

Negatives: Dead roaches and bugs all over the bathroom. People thumping music all hours of the night. Pretty sure people actually lived in the hotel itself. Door didnt lock well.
