Sanitary of the room was really bad with sticky floor . Stained carpet and smelly room. All the facilities are very old and we need to clean the garbage and change the towels by ourselves

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It took me two more days to change my check out date as the property never reply the email from booking.com for early checkout. And the phone at the reception never ringed when the customer service called them to change the stay schedule

We loved that it was inside a mall! We loved that it was only 30 minutes from the venue we were going to for a concert, and we loved the little kitchen and tv!

Dirty bathroom, the majority of towels in the bathroom were dirty and the tub drain was clogged, with no option for showering. The hotel employee at the desk that was notified of the issues simply replied "Awww, we will take a look at it".
