I have stayed at 2 locations in Fairfax of ESA. The floors were swept. They were not mopped. Walking in my room without shoes turned the soles of my feet black. Mopped floors would remove dirt and grime. Otherwise, rooms were clean.

Definitely needs renovation. Everything from the floor to the bath tub, sink and toilet seat needs an upgrade.
The room says breakfast included. Well it was blueberry muffins in a small basket and hot beverages in front of the reception. There were no tables or chairs as there is no lobby. Booking.com should remove breakfast from the description and amenities.

I booked this because it was close to Dave and busters and the hospital and that was the only positive thing about the property
Negatives:
When I first got here and got my room key I had to go down to the front desk for a new one immediately after getting the key because it didn’t work. After that the whole night it took five minutes to get back into the room each time I needed in. The room has a smoked in smell even though it’s a smoke free room, and the outlets are missing covers and the lamps are not working. The bed sounds like it’s seen way better days and sinks in the middle.

The breakfast was very weak compared to the hotels prior. They only offer coffee and instant oatmeal, no selection there. The location was easily accessible but with the small u-haul trailer I couldn't park in the parking lot.
Negatives:
The entire hotel had a nasty smell to it. My non smoking room resembled the smell of an ashtray that I couldn't get rid of.

The carpet looks old and dirty the TV is very old the plastic on the floor is very cheap there was nothing in the bathroom only a small bar of soap the rail for the shower half way broken , only tree pillow for two people, the refrigerator made a lot of noise but I genged the room .it looked like a rundown motel in a in a suburban town
