I was quite nervous staying at this hotel after booking months in advance and seeing all the negative reviews flooding in on the cleanliness, management, and safety as my stay approached.
However, overall my 2 nights there were just fine.
Checking in was a breeze at 4:00PM, with ample parking, and as soon as I got to my room, I thoroughly inspected everything. Although I do agree that the rooms could use some renovation (especially the carpet and walls needing some cleaning), all areas, chairs, drawers, and the bed were bug free. Warranted I did find a dead stink bug in a corner and the box spring cover had a mysterious brown stain which I covered with my own mattress protector. Property management outside along the grounds needs improvement as there is trash laying around.
The first night I did notice two individuals arguing right down the walkway from my room, but I just minded my business and still felt safe. Multiple people were smoking outside, but my room smelled fine upon entering each time. It was mostly quiet at night besides the A/C that kept waking me up whenever it made a clicking noise to run/stop.
I made sure to wake up at 6:00AM to scope out the grab n’ go breakfast options. Nothing spectacular, some muffins, nutrigrain bars, oatmeal, tea, and coffee. By 7:30, all the snacks were practically gone, but there was still some coffee/hot water for tea and oatmeal left. So, the earlier the better if you want a little small breakfast.
Super close to restaurants, gas stations, the mall, and everything else I needed. Staff was pleasant at check-out and provided me an email confirmation and print-out of my receipt details upon request.
Again, for my short-stay, definitely better than what I was expecting from the recent reviews.

Hi, I have been a customer for this location since 2019. The time I visited before last time was not good experience, so I said it’s only one time thing.
Unfortunately, my last visit was horrible. When I entered the room, there was a
1- white powder on the table,
2- small brown chunks on the bathroom floor,
3- the air conditioner stoped working middle of the night!,
4- the freezer is full of spoiled water and it’s smells bad.
5- last (MOST IMPORTANTLY), the Indian lady at the front desk is a shitty awful.
No more visits to this place.

Found 3 spiders first night one in tub, one near fridge, one in closet. Lots of trash under bed and chair, carpet wet and mildew smell most of stay, staff seemed unattentive and bothered when asking for help, charged me twice even though I shared pre-payment information. Terrible experience, won't stay here again.

It was close to where we needed it to be - even though we didn’t get to stay and still had to drive home at 1am because no one was there to check us in

Everything - I have no positive things to stay. We arrived to the property at 11pm and no one was at the desk. One lady in the office said she was locked out of her room for over an hour and no one was there. We stood and stood and no one ever came. Around 12:15am we called the police and they came to look around the office for numbers of the staff to call to see if they could get ahold of anyone to help the 4 different parties needed help. We were over it and left at 1:25am to drive 4 hours home instead of staying at that circus. They never did get ahold of anyone and we never did we to stay or see our room!

I like the lady that was only on her second day. Other guy she was with wasn’t there. Manager I spoke with I felt was not very personable to me. Felt very dismissed . Won’t be back.

They gave me a key to a room someone had. Felt lucky to not have anyone harm me since I opened their door at night. The guy who was suppose to be helping the new staff kept leaving her, to go to a room for some reason. Ignored her calls, and all. We got in at 4 am, and it took an hour to check in. Manager seemed very bland. I would have more emotion if my guest had the experience they had. Idc about the upgraded room either or my small percentage back. Means nothing to the experience we had.
