Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Location - right across from Fair Oaks Mall and near the highway exits. Grocery store (Wegmans) nearby. Nice to be able to bring your pets.

The property seemed to be a re modeled housing project from the 90’s, which was fine. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and accommodated is 100%. However the property was in extreme disrepair both inside & out. When we arrived in our room the ceiling was leaking, and the floor was soaked. We simply asked for a refund. On the way out, there was a Police task force busting in a room, with some questionable individuals present. I’m sure this property has a purpose, however it is not a positive purpose. I would highly suggest not staying here if you are traveling with your children
