Ease of check in and check out staff had room moved immediately when ai called saying the refrigerator was not on..

The hotel was not where we thought it was. It was not convenient to get in and out of the location

The location and we were on a second floor. We are a couple with some medical problems and one problem was going up and down stairs. No one asked if we needed to be on floor. I just assumed we would be. There was nothing for the kitchen in our room.

Nothing! The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in there recently. The beds made us itch and the property was sleezy. Men gawking out their windows watching. Very creepy. Ill never stay there again. In fact, I canceled after about an hour and left. It was like one of those cheap hourly motels from movies where either people disappear or are there for seedy reasons. They should only charge $49 a stay, and thats too much!
