Reservations were easy using Booking.com.
Had to check in late due to lengthy flight delay. Called ahead and was told no problem. .
Room was spacious and recently renovated, but basic. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was fine. If you want to use the kitchen, you need to check out the necessary kitchenware at the desk.
This location is close to excellent restaurants and shopping, but the neighborhood is not the safest (I grew up around here) Parking was not an issue. Price is reasonable, you get what you pay for.
Negatives:
Though they are 'open' 24hrs, the front desk is actually locked after a certain time and you have to call for someone to come check you in. Couldn't officially 'check in' though since their computer system was down. Bathroom had some mold in the shower/tub.
Rooms are advertised as non-smoking and signs are posted not to smoke within a certain distance. Unfortunately, this did not appear to be enforced as we saw several people smoking while standing next to their doors...the result was we could smell some smoke in our room. Breakfast is listed as 'grab and go'...that is correct, it is nothing more than pre-packaged muffins, etc and coffee/tea.

The room was clean and it was quite easy to use the climate controls. Also liked the table and chairs for dining. Made eating and doing work much easier.
Negatives:
The bed was horrible. I woke up sore after the first night and struggled to sleep the second night. Also, the breakfast was the bare minimum; just coffee and instant oatmeal. Add some cereal or something.
