Convenient and clean.
When I realized that there was no elevator the man at the front desk was nice enough to make sure I had a ground floor room. That tidbit should be on the website so that people with mobility issues can make an informed decision.
Negatives:
The parking lot was a sea of ice. I have mobility issues and was afraid to get out of my car. I understand that it had snowed but salt or sand on the frozen spots would have been helpful.
The room was otherwise fine but I was surprised that there was no coffee pot in the room.

Wouldn't give me a refund after I went to them after checking in to let them know there were roaches in the room and I wanted a refund but was told they were going to talk to the boss to see if I could get a refund if so it would take 3 to 5 business days gave us a twin room and the room had roaches as well Paid for 2 nights and only stayed one still no refund

Was the worst stay ever...

Breakfast was non existent. There was a cabinet that opened with tiny muffins in packages. It was a disgrace. The bed was hard and uncomfortable the noise from people above was horrible.
It was a pet friendly place with no place to walk the dog.
